SERVING: Pie should be served cold or at room temperature. If you are feeling fancy you can place the pie under the broiler for 1-2 minutes to toast the marshmallow. 

STORAGE/SHELF LIFE: If you are not eating your pie immediately, store it either in the fridge or freezer, wrapped in plastic wrap. Your pie will keep in the fridge for up to one week, or in the freezer for up to two months.
